Caribbean MOU CIC on Crew Familiarization for Enclosed Space Entry

In January 2014, ABS reported on the new amendment to SOLAS, which became effective on 1 January 2015 and requires crew members having responsibilities for rescue or for enclosed space entry to participate in an enclosed space entry and rescue drill on board at least once every two months. The CIC will focus on these areas of crew responsibilities.
