USCG & US EPA on ECA Enforcement

The US Coast Guard (USCG) and the US Environmental Protection Agency posted an item on the USCG Maritime Commons of actions they will be taking to check compliance with the forthcoming 0.10 percent fuel sulfur limits in the North American and US Caribbean Sea Emission Control Areas (ECAs) which come into force on 1 January 2015.
