Founding Member of Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping

As a founding member, ABS supports the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping with knowledge, experience and resources on the shipping industry’s path to zero carbon shipping.




Founding Member of the Blue Sky Maritime Coalition

The Blue Sky Maritime Coalition brings together industry stakeholders to identify, evaluate and engage in various projects and pathways to reduce near and long-term GHG emissions to reach net-zero.  




Founding Member of the Maritime Technologies Forum (MTF)

ABS supports the MTF along with other Flag States and Classification Socieities by providing technical and regulatory expertise to advance technologies in the maritime industry.




Member of the Getting to Zero Coalition

In alliance with decision-makers across the shipping value chain, the Getting to Zero Coalition is committed to developing and deploying commcercially viable deep sea zero emission vessels by 2030.
