US EPA Vessel General Permit – Policy Letter

Following up to ABS’ 2 October 2018 Regulatory Update, the U.S. EPA has released its policy letter on 10 October 2018 containing the latest information on reissuance of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Vessel General Permit (VGP).
